Include the email used for Bizepi and, if relevant, the offer or booking reference. Never send passwords, magic links, identity documents, or full card details by email.
Urgent booking or safety issue
Put “Urgent booking” in the subject and include the scheduled time. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Security reports
Use the same address with “Security report” in the subject. Describe the issue without accessing or retaining another person's data.
