Terms of use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep magic links and connected accounts secure, provide accurate information, and tell Bizepi promptly about unauthorized use.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a launch date. Private-preview access is personal, may be withdrawn, and must not be used to scrape, copy, probe, or disrupt the service.

Host applications and every offer are reviewed by a person. Submission does not guarantee approval. Hosts are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful delivery, required qualifications, taxes, and keeping availability and account details current.

At launch, a buyer requests a time and the card is authorized. The card is captured only if the host confirms within 24 hours; declined or expired requests are not charged. The checkout will identify the service provider, trader status, total price, and applicable contractual roles before payment.

Each offer displays one standard cancellation tier. The separate cancellation and refund policy forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be limited.

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, unsafe, or abusive content; impersonate another person; evade review or security controls; misuse personal data; or interfere with the service.

Bizepi may reject, pause, remove, or suspend content or accounts to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or preserve the integrity of the marketplace. Where appropriate, Bizepi will explain the reason and available next step.

You keep ownership of content you submit and give Bizepi permission to host, format, display, and use it to operate and promote the relevant listing. You must have the rights needed to provide that permission.

Bizepi will use reasonable care in operating the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot be excluded by law. During pre-launch, features may change or be unavailable.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without taking away mandatory protections available to consumers in their country. Material changes will be dated and, where required, presented for acceptance.

Bizepi is a pre-launch marketplace project based in Barcelona, Spain. The production operator name and service address will be published here before paid bookings open.
