Bizepi is responsible for personal data collected through this pre-launch website. Use the contact address below for privacy questions or requests.

We collect an email address when you join the waitlist or sign in; account and host-application details you provide; booking, message, review, and payment-status information when you use those features; and limited technical data needed to secure the service. Abuse-protection identifiers are stored only as keyed cryptographic digests, not as raw IP or email values.

We use waitlist details to send the updates you requested; account, application, and booking data to provide requested services and take steps toward a contract; security data to prevent abuse and protect the service; and records where needed to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw from waitlist messages at any time.

Bizepi uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for payment and identity services. These providers process information only for the relevant service. Bizepi does not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, Bizepi relies on the provider's applicable transfer safeguards and data-protection terms.

Waitlist details are kept until early access is completed or you ask us to remove them. Account and marketplace records are kept while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, secure the platform, and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Expired rate-limit counters are overwritten by later windows.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, or object to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Contact us to exercise a right. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.

Bizepi uses essential cookies for authentication and private-preview access. When enabled for the public site, Google Analytics 4 measures aggregated website usage and may set analytics cookies. Product analytics will be used only as configured and described here; advertising cookies are not used.

Material changes will be dated on this page. If a change requires a new choice from you, Bizepi will ask before applying it.

Bizepi is a pre-launch marketplace project based in Barcelona, Spain. The production operator name and service address will be published here before paid bookings open.
