Founding host terms

A founding host must be accepted in writing by Bizepi, complete required identity and payout checks, publish at least one approved offer for the founding catalogue, and continue to comply with the platform terms.

For bookings under these terms, Bizepi deducts a 15% provider-side platform fee from the all-in price shown to the buyer. The host receives 85% before the host's own taxes or other obligations. Bizepi bears Stripe processing fees from its platform share.

The founding fee applies while the accepted founding-host account remains active and compliant. It is not transferable to another person or account. It may change only with the host's agreement, where required by law or a payment provider, or if Bizepi permanently ends the programme or service after reasonable notice.

Founding status does not guarantee listing approval, visibility, demand, revenue, or a minimum number of bookings. Editorial placement is separate from approval and may rotate.

The host remains responsible for accurate offer information, lawful and safe delivery, availability, qualifications, taxes, and cooperation on refunds, disputes, and customer-support issues.

Bizepi records the terms version and initial acceptance time when a host applies under that version. Founding status begins only after written acceptance. Later material changes require a fresh agreement unless they are strictly necessary to comply with law.

Bizepi is a pre-launch marketplace project based in Barcelona, Spain. The production operator name and service address will be published here before paid bookings open.
